Staffing MS’s ambition is to take external hiring to the next level, positioning it as an integral part of contingent workforce. Our vision is for organisations to be able to work directly with all suppliers and contractors, with dedicated Managed Service Provider, Staffing MS, taking care of the full hiring process and affording the organisation full control, insight and governance concerning its hiring activities.
Staffing MS’s main ambitions are to continually improve the hiring process and achieve significantly lower costs for our clients.
Our vision for the design and operation of a flexible hiring structure is illustrated below with the help of our tiered model. The ‘tier model’ forms part of the integral flow of personnel and has been designed to facilitate more efficient practices around the hiring of temporary staff. The model saves money whilst providing a tighter handle on the process and risks involved with external hiring.
