Our consultants have already successfully completed more than 60 MSP implementations, both in the Netherlands and internationally. It is our goal to continue growing internationally in Europe. We follow our international clients such as Nouryon, equensWorldline, Six Payment Services, ATOS and Basic-Fit. We have now set up local entities in Germany, Belgium, Poland and Luxembourg. Our clients have a (predominant) footprint in the Benelux. In recent years, however, we have also moved into several other countries where we serve our clients, including: Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Poland and Russia.
International sourcing
The market in the Netherlands is well known. For some roles there is and will continue to be sufficient supply. For other roles, the market in the Netherlands may be too small. We have access to an enormous international network of specialists. We have partners worldwide, but are mainly active in Europe because the labour regulations are similar in many areas. This makes it possible to bring scarce profiles to the Netherlands. Of course, there is always the possibility to attract professionals with similar competences at a more competitive rate. That is and always will be a choice, but it offers flexibility in the solution. In any case, we see that more and more clients are open to joining us in looking across borders for opportunities to internationalise. We also integrate global sourcing in our MSP services by adding it as a distribution channel in the VMS.
